Welcome to Grand Oasis Event Venue. By using our services or booking our venue, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. BOOKING AND RESERVATIONS
1.1 All venue bookings must be made through our official website or by contacting us directly at info@grandoasisvenue.com.
1.2 A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The deposit amount will be specified at the time of booking.
1.3 Final payment must be received no later than 7 days before the scheduled event date.
1.4 Booking confirmation is subject to venue availability and receipt of the required deposit.
2. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
2.1 All payments are non-refundable.
2.2 Grand Oasis Event Venue reserves the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
3. VENUE USAGE
3.1 The venue must be used only for the purpose specified in the booking agreement.
3.2 The client is responsible for the conduct of all guests and must ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
3.3 Smoking is prohibited inside the venue premises. Designated smoking areas may be available outside.
3.4 The client must not exceed the maximum occupancy limit specified for the booked space.
3.5 Decorations must be approved in advance and must not cause damage to the venue property.
4. LIABILITY AND DAMAGES
4.1 The client is responsible for any damage to the venue, equipment, or furnishings caused by the client or their guests.
4.2 Grand Oasis Event Venue is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property brought to the venue.
4.3 The client agrees to indemnify Grand Oasis Event Venue against any claims arising from the event.
5. CATERING AND VENDORS
5.1 External catering services must be approved by Grand Oasis Event Venue in advance.
5.2 All vendors must comply with our venue policies and provide necessary insurance documentation.
5.3 The venue is not responsible for the performance or services provided by external vendors.
6. MUSIC AND ENTERTAINMENT
6.1 All music and entertainment must comply with local noise ordinances and regulations.
6.2 Events must conclude by the time specified in the booking agreement.
6.3 The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary licenses or permits for music performance.
7. FORCE MAJEURE
7.1 Grand Oasis Event Venue shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, or government restrictions.
8. MODIFICATIONS TO BOOKINGS
8.1 Any changes to the booking must be requested in writing and are subject to venue availability.
8.2 Changes made within 14 days of the event may incur additional charges.
9. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
9.1 Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9.2 We may use photographs or videos taken at the event for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested.
10. TERMINATION
10.1 Grand Oasis Event Venue reserves the right to terminate any event if the terms and conditions are violated.
10.2 No refund will be provided in cases of termination due to client violation of these terms.
11. GOVERNING LAW
11.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tennessee.

13. AMENDMENTS
